Scotlands Wild Places

Mountains, lochs, beaches and sunsets all make a superb image. Ok, we'll admit it....all the images here are not all from wild places in Scotland. Some images are from the main "tourist trails" of Scotland, but that's not all bad. Scotland is an amazingly diverse country, yet small in size, and easy to get around. One of the best things is that the wild places in Scotland are not always that far off the main tourist trails, yet can offer you the scenery, peace and tranquility that is rapidly disappearing elsewhere in the world. Yes, sure you can get wild elsewhere in the world, but more than likely you have to travel for hours from civilisation to get there. In our eyes, Scotland does offer some of the last wildernesses in the world. It is easy to find areas where you will not bump into another person all day and it is these discoveries that await you here. If you would like to see some of our photography work, please have a look at our Online Print Shop. From the shop you can have images delivered to your letterbox around the world. Images will be constantly uploaded as we travel around the country.

Online Shop

As mentioned above you can purchase prints from the Online Print Shop.

Promotional Postcard

If you are around Edinburgh and the rest of Scotland you may catch a glimpse of our promotional postcard as shown on this page. This provides a sample of our work on one "wee" postcard to send home. Unlike what you may have heard, we're Scottish, but we're giving it away free!

The Future...

This is just the start of our online presence. The online gallery will be updated constantly with images from previous and future trips. It is hoped to get some superb panoramas online once we are happy we can offer them in a suitable print format. You will find various print sizes available for purchase in the shop but it's our hope to be able to deliver them in more formats in the future.

Want To Know More?

If you are looking for anything specific that is not shown in our gallery, please feel free to contact us as we may have it available offline, or be able to incorporate it into a future trip. This site will be updated with descriptions of places you should visit while in Scotland. They may or may not be on the main tourist trails, but if you can find the time, it is definitely worth exploring. It is these places that keep inspiring us, and we'd like to share them with you.

If you have any questions or would like to know more feel free to contact us at info AT scotlandswildplaces.com. Apologies for the email format but this is purely to prevent our email address from being automatically collected and our inbox getting polluted with junk email. We would rather be dealing with your legitimate emails rather than deleting junk.
