As well as photography I have a real passion for travel andthe outdoors.
Throughout my life I have been exposed to travel and theoutdoors with my father being a professional photographer, and myfamily starting me skiing at the tender age of six. I was lucky to be able to travel overseas every year.
Ever since taking an extended trip to Whistler, Canada Ilonged to take another long trip which I have just completed over thelast 12 months. Recently I have travelled throughout SE Asia, the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. I have visited almost 40 countries, but have many more on the wish list.

My passion for the outdoors sees me travel around Scotlandmost weekends taking part in mountaineering, climbing, trekkingand mountain biking. I also enjoy watersports, with divingbeing my favourite.
I'm happy working in all environments ranging from underwater to thejungle or mountain summits : I'm a qualified PADI Rescue Diver, have avalid Emergency First Response First Aid qualification and haveattended UK MLTB Summer Mountain Leader training. I am also happy lead climbing in summer or winter and have attended several backcountry snowboarding courses in Chamonix.
The list of new things to try is ever expanding as is the listof countries I would like to visit.
